At Rogue Aviation, we’re relentless in our dedication to continually making safety our number one priority. As instructors it’s our mission to continue to receive regular safety trainings so that we can offer our students the most current safety standards and best pilot training available at John Wayne Airport in Orange County.

Recently, one of our owners and Chief Pilot, James Baker joined the team at the Robinson Pilot Safety Course to become a certified Robinson Helicopter Safety Course Instructor! Having our Chief Pilot serve as a Safety Course Instructor ensures that Rogue Aviation is always up to speed on the most current and advanced safety training and techniques available in helicopter aviation. This is a significant milestone on our ongoing mission to make safety our number one value in helicopter flight training.

The Robinson Pilot Safety Course conducted by Robinson Helicopter Company (RHC) is a three and a half day course devoted to safety, maintenance, pre-flight inspections and flying with an experienced RHC Instructor in the R22, R44 and R66 helicopters. Rogue Aviation highly encourages all students holding a Private Pilot’s License or higher to participate in the Robinson Safety Course.

We applaud James for his passion and value for safety as he trains current and new generations of helicopter pilots!
