Scholarship Opportunity for our Female Pilots

Women in aviation get it done!

We are so proud to announce an incredible opportunity for female pilots thanks to The Brier Foundation. If selected, students can earn up to $5,000 toward their flight school education.

About The Brier Foundation

Ready to get inspired? Introducing founder Evelyn “Pinky” Pinckert Brier, born 1909!

Pinky learned to fly before she was 25 years old, and within just four years, she became the first female flight instructor in the U.S.!

Before, during and after WWII, Pinky taught students to fly, even teaching American fighter pilots aerobatics to help them survive dogfights. And amid all that, she and her husband, Joe, ran the Tri-City Airport near San Bernardino and over the next 40 years, managed a flight school and charter service.

Today, her legacy lives on through her foundation which supports female students and pilots through their education journeys in aviation and other fields of transportation.
