Student Highlight: Nikolaus Kolb
Rogue Aviation students are absolutely on FIRE this year. Give it up to Nikolaus Kolb who earned his commercial license this spring!
Under the instruction of CFI John Alvarado, Nikolaus said he most enjoys “being in a floating chair 500 feet above the ground.”
Why fly with Rogue? “[Rogue has] the fun of a small school with the professionalism and safety of a larger school. I like the personal, one-on-one training that you don't get at any other type of school. I can text my instructor random knowledge questions that come up when I'm studying up for an important test.”
As always, learning to fly can get challenging. The hardest part? Nikolaus said, “Is it too cliche to just say autorotations? John has helped me continue moving forward with my training though many pauses and slow downs in my lessons brought on by life events. I don't think I would have been able to continue this journey without the flexibility and patience that Rogue Aviation provides.”
